Shababeek (Windows / شبابيك) is a Syrian Arabic-language social drama television series produced by Sama Al-Fan and directed by Samer Al-Barkawi, which premiered in May 2017. Comprising 30 self-contained episodes of approximately 45 minutes each, the series adopts an anthology-style format in which every episode peers through the proverbial "window" of a different married couple, laying bare the intimate tensions, conflicts, and emotional trials that unfold behind closed doors. The ensemble cast features Bassam Kousa, Caresse Bashar, Sulafa Memar, Housam Tahseen Baik, Abdulmunem Amayri, Mona Wassef, and Dima Qandilft, among many others, each embodying a distinct couple navigating a uniquely challenging chapter of married life.
