Dentelle is a Lebanese-Syrian co-produced romantic drama series (30 episodes, 2020) set in the 1950s, adapted from the Spanish series Velvet. The story centres on the owner of a fashion house who falls in love with a seamstress who works for him, as both navigate class conflicts, family secrets, and romantic rivalries within the atelier's walls. The series stars Lebanese actress Cyrine Abdel Nour opposite Syrian actor Mahmoud Nasr — a pairing that had previously found success together — alongside Salloum Haddad, Sara Abi Kanaan, and Zeina Makki.
